Brauer Brewday Stories
Main Features
Wort Brewing and Hop Additions Countdown Bezel
The Brauer Brewday rotating bezel is specially designed to count the standard wort boiling times from 90 to 60 minutes. It also shows the exact time of all hop additions during the boil as specified in the recipes. In addition to brewing beer purposes, the countdown timer could be used for many other daily activities.
Brewing Units of Measure Conversion System
The unique unit conversion system based on slide rule logarithmic calculations on the rotating bezel and chapter ring log scale is the outstanding complication of the Brauer Brewday watch. It can be used by homebrewers to convert gravity between Plato, SG points and Brix, weight, volume and pressure between imperial and metric units and vice versa, as well as calculate alcohol percentage based on OG and FG.
Reliable Hybrid Meca-Quartz Chronograph Movement
Based on the state-of-the-art Hybrid Meca-quartz Seiko TMI VK67 movement, the Brauer Brewday chronograph complication could be used for precise measurements from fractions of a second (it has 5 beats per second), minutes on an easy-to-read 60-minute dial, to up to 12 hours. Homebrewers could use it from measuring mash steps, rests, boiling and yeast rehydration times to the entire brewing day. It has mechanical feel pushers and instant zero reset, just like the high-end mechanical chronographs.

Functional Design
Homebrewing is not the most challenging job in the world and the environments are not the harshest, but especially when you are in a hurry (and that happens quite often in a homebrewer's life) you don't think about taking care of your watch. That is why the Brauer Brewday is equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with AR coating. The all-stainless steel design guarantees Brauer Brewday users a long-lasting, robust watch, suitable for all-day use in all environments without having to worry about it.
Ergonomics and Style
Despite its fully loaded features and 10 ATM/100m water resistance, the Brauer Brewday has a comfortable size of 41mm and 12.5 mm in thickness. This allows it to fit firmly on your wrist without obstructing your motion and operation. Highly readable hands and indices in all watch versions, as well as Swiss Luminova illumination, enhance the overall ergonomics of the Brauer Brewday.
Swiss Controled High Quality
Designed to be useful in all your daily activities and built to last, the Brauer Brewday meets the higher quality standards of watchmaking. Every single watch has been tested by our manufacturing partners in Switzerland according to the same procedures as the Swiss Made watches.
The Perfect Homebrewer Gift
Finding the perfect gift for a homebrewer can be a real challenge! They've got gadgets galore, and "just one more thing" might make them feel like a wort stuck in fermentation. But fear not, gift-giving gurus! The Brauer Brewday Watch is the perfect hop over that hurdle.
So this year, ditch the mugs and the malt extract. Give the gift of time, precision, and a knowing wink that says, "I see your passion, and I raise you a Brauer Brewday Watch." Cheers!
The Time
As a Homebrewer, you know how important timing is to almost all beer production processes. Current knowledge of the physics of the known Universe tells us that we can't manage time. We can't stop it, speed it up, or reverse its direction. It moves continuously and uninterruptedly from the past to the future.

But we could manage the processes in time. We could manage mashing time, boiling time, hops additions time, yeast rehydration time, fermentation time, conditioning time, and carbonation time.
With Brauer Brewday watch you will never miss a fraction of the time during your brewing day.

We, the team behind Brauer Brewday, are engineers, marketing specialists, designers, watchmakers, but we are also homebrewers. We have years of homebrewing experience and dozens of batches of homebrewed beer. Now we have decided to share our passion for homebrewing and horology with you by bringing you the first-ever wristwatch designed and made for YOU. The Homebrewer!
